Snowboarding Lingo
We've given you the ins and outs of snowboarding, now it's time for the lingo. Here are a few of our favorite terms.

(Nov. 17, 2001)------Goofy-Footed: riding on a snowboard with the right foot in the forward position, closest to the nose of the board
Rolling Down the Windows: a phrase used to describe when someone is caught off balance and they rotate their arms wildly in the air to try and recover.
Hucker: one who throws himself wildly throught the air and does not land on his feet.
Jibbers: people that snowbaord more like skateboarders, and they do skateboard tricks like slide rails and flat ground tricks.
Sketcher: someone who flails precariously and comes close to falling.
