If you’re flying out on Delta today – give yourself a lot of extra time to get through the lines. The wait now exceeds three hours.

Today Show Weatherman Al Roker will be at the Today Show set at The Canyons Resort in Park City tomorrow from 5 to 6:30 am with the rest of the crew. They are looking for an audience if you would like to join them.
Traffic Update  Sunday, 2/17/2002 @ 5:41 am
There’s about a 45-minute delay getting into the Soldier Hollow. If you do not have a ticket that says “Sunday, February 17th” you WILL NOT get into the venue. Highway 40 and U-S 189 are experiencing heavy delays. DO NOT go to the Soldier Hollow Park & Ride lot if you do not have a ticket.  More >>>
Three-Time Olympian at Olympic Square  Sunday, 2/17/2002 @ 5:12 am
Three-time Olympian Todd Eldridge will be at the Hallmark location in Salt Lake Olympic Square this afternoon from 2 to 3. You can also stop by the card-sending station and send a free greeting card anywhere in the world.
Hockey This Afternoon  Sunday, 2/17/2002 @ 5:05 am
2 p.m. is the start time of this afternoon's Women's hockey game at the Peaks arena in Provo. Tickets are still available for the Russia vs. China game. Also available are tickets for today's Men's Hockey match between Sweden and the Czech Republic at 4pm at the E-Center. Get tickets at Smith Tix.
Rescheduled Men's Team Nordic Combined 4  Sunday, 2/17/2002 @ 4:50 am
Soldier Hollow is the site of the rescheduled Men's Nordic Combined 4 by 5-kilometer event this afternoon at 1 pm. Your ticket must say "Sunday, February 17 to enter the Soldier Hollow Park & Ride lot. Tickets are no longer available.
Olympic Square Crowds Have Two-Hour Wait  Saturday, 2/16/2002 @ 8:20 pm
Due to the huge crowds at Olympic Square, the waiting line for non-ticket holders is up to two hours. Patrons who have tickets to the Medals Plaza for the ceremonies and Brooks and Dunn concert are in a separate line and may go right in.  More >>>
Current Status of Downtown Salt Lake  Saturday, 2/16/2002 @ 7:59 pm
If you’re thinking about coming downtown tonight…the Park and Ride lots are open until 1am. Salt Lake Olympic Square is very crowded…so head over to Washington Square for the City’s party with live music, pin trading, food and lots more. Admission is free and open until 1am.
Traffic Alert for SB Redwood Road at SR-201  Saturday, 2/16/2002 @ 7:50 pm
There is a crash SB Redwood Road at SR-201. This crash is blocking two right lanes, and is causing delays.

Traffic continues to be busy around Park City. Kimball Junction and I-80 westbound is traffic is moving slower than normal. SLOC suugests taking the new Salt Lake to Park City shuttle.
New Shuttle to Park City from Salt Lake  Saturday, 2/16/2002 @ 7:29 pm
There’s a new shuttle service between Park City and Salt Lake. If you’re headed to Park City – pick up the shuttle at 2nd South and 3rd West…look for a Park City Transportation van displaying a red window sign.   More >>>
Hectic Hockey Traffic Around E-Center  Saturday, 2/16/2002 @ 7:23 pm
The area around the E Center is busy tonight with hockey spectators leaving the Finland vs. Belarus game and new spectators coming in for the Team U-S-A vs. Russia match that begins at 9:30. Expect delays on 2100 South, I-215, 3500 South and on Redwood Road.
Park City Skiers Head Home  Saturday, 2/16/2002 @ 6:40 pm
Traffic is heavy but still moving well in the Park City area with the Bobsleigh event ending and day skiers heading home.
Spectators Not Leaving Early Enough  Saturday, 2/16/2002 @ 6:23 pm
According to the Utah Dept. of Transportation, the trend of not leaving early enough for events continued today as spectators at Soldier Hollow and the Olympic Oval were arriving late.   More >>>
